1. You will write a two (2) page essay reflecting on the ways in which COVID-19 affected your personal mental health. For example, you may reflect on changes in your stress level, social interactions, and academic motivation.
2. At the end of your essay, include a separate paragraph titled Conclusion. In the conclusion, imagine that you are a counselor or other mental health professional and come up with at least two (2) ideas or initiatives that will help other people who are struggling with the mental health effects of COVID-19.
3. Your essay should be written in APA format. Make sure that you include a title page, double-space the paper, use one (1) inch margins, and use a twelve (12) point font.
