This week, we will be analyzing our home church organizations as it relates to organizational status and developmental needs. If you do not attend church, you can conduct this analysis with your place of work or other organization with which you are closely affiliated.
Using the content from Chapter 15:
Analyze the current diversity dynamics and strengths/challenges that are present.
Then, using the strategies described in Chapter 15, identify the appropriate strategies that would need to be implemented in your church/work/organization to become more culturally diverse/inclusive/just in organizational composition and practice.
