Final Conclusions

Based on all the data you gathered and other information available to you, which metrics/area would you focus on to improve the performance of your chosen company and its closest competitor?
Based on your review of all the data you gathered and information available to you, which company has more risk? What is the risk?
If there was a merger or acquisition (i.e., merge together or they acquire other companies), which company is the most likely to merge with the other company or acquire other competitors?
Finally, which company is the “better run company?
