For this assignment, I want you to choose a peace- or justice-related issue or person that you are interested in learning more about. For example, you might want to explore the Black Lives Matter movement, or you might want to learn more about Dorothy Day, Greta Thunberg, or Jane Goodall. You might be interested in global education work or organizations that work to provide clean water to communities needing that access. 
You will research the issue or person and then write a documented essay (using and citing sources) that is likely 2-4 pages long. The essay should cite at least 3 sources, document those sources, and be written in either MLA or APA style.
The research should expand your understanding of the issue or person, and the essay should reflect your knowledge and understanding.
