I need to start on my thesis, I want it to be about bridging the gap between Employees and incoroprating new systems, or about how businesses feel about the data that comes from AI. I work with Workday which is an HRIS System, and I see how people are not happy when we come to implement the system because it comes with a lot of change. So I was thinking about that as well. I am in the begining planning stages of my thesis so I need help with coming up with something good to research. My masters is in Information Systems.
