You will also develop a Table of Specifications (see template attached below). After which, you will create a test according to the Table of Specifications. In your test, items should be written based on the guidelines of the Table of Specifications and item development covered in this course. For your Final Test Construction Project, you will submit the total project which includes Phases 1, 2, and 3 formatted as one assignment to the instructor.
