Abstract
summarize the goal of the study, the methods, main results, and conclusion
Focus on the key findings: Resveratrol and Curcumin reduce cell viability in HEK-293 and HeLa cells.
Introduction
Begin with background information:
What is cytotoxicity, and why is it important in cancer research?
Describe Resveratrol and Curcumin as natural compounds with anti-cancer potential. Include research done on the cancer cell lines HEk-293 and HeLa cell lines.
State your hypothesis: Increasing concentrations of Resveratrol and Curcumin will reduce cancer cell viability.
Clearly define your research goal: To test the effects of these compounds on HEK-293 and HeLa cell lines.
Materials and Methods
Provide a detailed description of your experiment:
Cell Lines: HEK-293 and HeLa cells.
Compounds: Resveratrol and Curcumin (include their sources and concentrations).
Procedure:
For trial 1 and 2 for resveratrol 1 was tested on HEK-293 cell line and the second trial was done on Hela cell line.
I only did 1 trial for curmin on HeLa Cell line.
Describe the procedure.
Mention how I was working with living cells, I was conducting research on natural compounds, that I should talk about the research I did looking at what was already known but that I was trying something that I didn’t know the results would be. The expectation was that cell viability was going to go down.
RESULTS: I included slides however I know the results for curcuin was empty but the results indicates a clear trend that increases concentration reduced cell viability.
