Preparations  – Think of a ‘leader’ that has influenced you the most. This leader might be from your work, family or childhood.  Or the leader might be a public or historical figure. This leader could be ‘inspirational’ or someone you consider ‘toxic.’ 
Directions – Read chapter 13 on Leaders and Followers and view the slides. You will need to apply what you have learned about Followers to complete this assignment.  Select your leader,  and complete the answers below. It is helpful to think of specific examples in order to complete the questions.
Questions –
1) Who was your leader?
Were they a Formal or Informal leader?  Designated or Emergent? What social influence or source of power did they possess? (no need to explain these terms; just incorporate the answer into your text)
What do you do or how do you think differently because of this leader?
