The Flint community is organizing a “town hall” style meeting in Fall 2024 to review what happened during the water crisis, who was involved, what data were available, and how decisions were made. The community wants to learn how to use evidence to better respond to future public health needs. list of: (1) one question you want to ask at the community town hall; and 2-3 talking points that address what you think is most important from the perspective of your assigned role. (For example, if I were assigned to be a parent of a young child, my talking points might focus on the need for timely and accurate communication about risk and steps for prevention). *The assigned role is a member, the county board of commissioners.
