Write about my engagement in individual learning and in my class communities – including, but not limited to, attendance, punctuality, preparation, engagement with peers, active listening, critical thinking and questioning, critical research, reaching out for support proactively, note-taking during class, and self-study. Write a self-evaluation of your engagement in all of the courses this semester – Leadership for Systems Thinking, Leadership for Praxis, and Research Design. Address these five points: 1) quality of engagement; 2) barriers experienced; 3) resolution of the barriers; 4) successes; 5) areas for improvement for the next semester.
